Description

Dr. Matt Castelo is a General Surgery Resident and PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto. This talk will explore extending the ggplot2 package in R to create complex figures suitable for publication. Topics will include custom annotations, faceted plots, paneled figures, and inset tables.
